Note: Regulation 11 of the Advocates Act (Continuing Legal Education) Regulation, 2004 states: Every applicant for an annual practicing certificate shall be accompanied by proof that the applicant has secured five units of continuing legal education during each practicing year.

Practicing Certificate Forms for 2012 To apply for a practicing Certificate for the year 2012, please down and complete the following forms.

PaymentPayment for the Practicing Certificate and the Advocates Benevolent Association (ABA) can be made either by cheque or credit cards. - Cheques for the Practicing Certificate should be made payable to the Law Society of Kenya.
